Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the LEAGR platform at leagr.app ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email.

2. Description of the service

LEAGR is a league management platform for iRacing sim-racing leagues. It allows league administrators to create and manage leagues, seasons, and rounds; import race results from the iRacing data API; manage driver rosters and class configurations; and publish standings to league members.

The Service is provided "as is" and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@leagr.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not create accounts using automated means or use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate iRacing league management.

4. User responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Misuse credentialsProvide false iRacing identity information or link a Cust ID that does not belong to you.
• Abuse the platformAttempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its backend systems, or another user's data.
• Interfere with the serviceIntroduce viruses, bots, scrapers, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or overload the Service or the iRacing API.
• Violate lawsUse the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Impersonate othersImpersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with any league, team, or organisation.
• Harass or harmHarass, bully, or threaten other users, or upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or abusive.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is in breach of these rules.

5. Intellectual property

All software, designs, text, and graphics that form the LEAGR platform are owned by or licensed to LEAGR and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Race statistics and driver data obtained from the iRacing API remain the property of iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC, subject to their terms of service.

You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (league names, class configurations, etc.). By creating content you grant LEAGR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LEAGR and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

The Service depends on the availability of the iRacing data API. We are not liable for any loss of data, standings, or functionality resulting from iRacing API downtime, changes, or access restrictions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the three months preceding the claim, or £50 (GBP), whichever is greater.

7. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@leagr.app. Upon deletion, your personal data (email address and linked Cust ID) will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you is no longer commercially viable. Where possible we will give reasonable notice before termination.

Termination does not affect any rights or liabilities that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are accessing the Service from outside the United Kingdom, you remain responsible for compliance with any local laws that apply to you.
